We have been advised by the Post Office not to put any orders into the postal system on strike days. Any mail posted on these days will be held as backlog. If we post as soon as the strike is over, all mail on those days is treated as live mail and will be processed in preference to backlog mail. If you are desperate for an order you can pay extra for Special Delivery as the Post Office will be handling all Special Delivery mail however they are not guaranteeing any mail however sent and will not accept any claims for delay if posted on strike days. The decision to risk this method of mail is yours alone, we cannot accept any responsibility at all. If you need an order for a specific date we suggest you contact us for advice as we are in constant contact with the Post Office staff here. We obtain proof of posting receipts for all our packages but once any order is in the postal system it is out of our hands so we cannot give any indications as to when an order might be delivered during strikes. We appreciate this is going to cause disruptions and we will do our best to ensure all that can be done to expediate your orders will be done.
